These images bear witness to human livelihoods in rural lands; these photos take stock of humanity's impact on villages, ranging from collective farms, animal housing to abandoned regions. The photos lead the viewer into little known areas to witness the stark reality of the agricultural industry, that we, as a society, now try to erase.
"I wanted to discover beauty in places where others don't see it. Without taking up the environmental cause, I will be pleased if my photographs draw attention to aspects of life where living creatures are involved. To photograph landscapes one is always anticipating.
They are more permanent, relying on mankind not destroying them. But if we are losing a basic element such as sensitivity, what will be left?
Surely the click of a camera shutter shouldn´t be the last reminder."
